MISSION AND VISION
Founded in 2024, the Puerto Rico Flute Festival (PRFF) is dedicated to advancing flute education, fostering artistic excellence, and promoting international cultural exchange. Through masterclasses, workshops, competitions, performances, and collaborative opportunities, PRFF provides meaningful experiences that inspire flutists to develop their artistry, expand their perspectives, and pursue their musical goals with confidence.
Inspired by Finland’s renowned Tampere Flute Fest, PRFF was established with the shared vision of creating a world-class educational and artistic platform in Puerto Rico. The festival brings together students, educators, and internationally recognized artists in an environment that encourages learning, collaboration, creativity, and cultural dialogue.
At its core, PRFF is committed to empowering the next generation of musicians by cultivating essential values such as respect, discipline, leadership, and confidence in one’s unique artistic voice.
