Janice Santiago

Janice Santiago is a Puerto Rican flutist and educator whose work bridges performance, education, and community engagement. She is the Founder and Executive Director of PFFF an international platform that has quickly established itself as a space for collaboration, education, and cultural exchange. Through PRFF, Santiago has created opportunities for flutists from Puerto Rico, the United States, Europe, and Latin America to connect, learn, and perform together, showcasing the transformative power of music to transcend borders and build community.

Beatriz Macías

Mexican-American flutist Beatriz Macías is celebrated for the "voice-like beauty" of her playing and her remarkable versatility in the classical music industry. Currently holding the position of Principal Flute with the Estonian National Opera and Ballet, Macías has performed with renowned orchestras worldwide such as the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, Frankfurt Radio Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic, Houston Symphony, among others. In addition to her successful performing career, Macías is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Tampere Flute Fest in Finland, highlighting her dedication to fostering emerging talent in the flute world.

Ana Paola Rincones

Ana Paola Rincones is a versatile performer, recording artist and a committed music educator based in Los Angeles. Hailing from Venezuela, she embarked on her musical path in El Sistema under the guidance of maestro José Antonio Abreu, and earned her music degree from the Universidad Experimental de las Artes. Ana Paola is celebrated as a renowned flutist, educator, and leader within the U.S. Marine Corps, acknowledged for her musical prowess and impactful community contributions worldwide. Additionally, she co-founded Global Arts Corporation in Los Angeles' Pico Union area, championing musical education and fostering social change.

María F. Castillo

María Fernanda Castillo is a Venezuelan-born flutist, musicologist, and educator, serving as Assistant Professor of Flute at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville and co-founder of the Latin American Music Initiative (LAMI). Her work centers on expanding the flute repertoire through Latin American music, scholarship, and community engagement, and she holds advanced degrees from the University of Michigan, University of Miami, and the Central University of Venezuela. She is also active as a performer and leader in flute festivals and educational initiatives across the Americas.

Bryan García-Rolón

Bryan García-Rolón serves as piccolo player of the Puerto Rico Philharmonic Orchestra and, since 2010, as an additional musician with the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra. He has also collaborated with the Puerto Rico Concert Band, the Puerto Rico Opera Theatre, the Orlando Concert Band, the Stadtkapelle Woodwinds Ensemble in Germany, and the Nu Contemporary Ensemble in the United States. In 2023, he was a member of the International Chamber Orchestra of Puerto Rico. Bryan also holds a Master of Business Administration, integrating his artistic background with training in management and leadership. His career brings together orchestral experience, professional discipline, and strategic vision applied to the cultural and educational fields.

Josué Casillas

Josué Casillas is Principal Flute of the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra and Flute Professor at the Puerto Rico Music Conservatory. Casillas won the Cleveland Institute of Music and the National Flute Association Master Class Competitions in 1986. After winning the Festival de Orquestas Sinfónicas Juveniles de América Solo Competition in 1990, Casillas was invited to be guest artist at the "Festival Mayormente Mozart for the following ten consecutive years. Josué is also a Miyazawa Flutes Artist.
